A tree impact assessment is a survey of canopy specimens located within and around areas expected to be cleared during development.
In order to prepare a tree impact assessment, we need to assess each tree to assign a quality rating and review the habitat value. This information will then be used to assist a consent authority in deciding which trees may be removed. This information will also be helpful in quantifying the ecological impact expected when undertaking an accompanying flora and fauna assessment.
